2) Please pay Full Payment within 24 hours upon receive your booking confirmation form or at least 50% Deposit to secure your order. Please let me know if you want some extension of reasonable time. Otherwise, this item will be re-listed or given to the next person in the waiting list without prior notification.

3) No cancellation will be entertain once confirmed and processed. Please DO let me know if you want to cancel before you make any payment. I'm happy to hear that earlier rather than you are missing without any news.

4) Please inform the payment details through e-mail after it has been made or make sure you put my e-mail address if you are using internet banking. NOTES:
